Just like any other muscle, we must train in order for the brain to strengthen in this different way. Setting aside as little as five minutes a day to silence everything and meditate will go a long way in helping to change your vibration and encourage your opening soul.
Tip: Handwriting prayers or notes 28 times, yes 28, will not only help for the information to sink in on a deeper level, but it will help to form new patterns and aid in transformation.
Forgiveness Journey
I ask for forgiveness for any and every lifetime I have caused or inflicted pain or suffering on you.
I ask on all Physical levels, consciously and unconsciously, in all cells, stem cells, DNA, RNA, Mitochondria, and Nucleus. Forgiveness as given by Archangel Michael
The veils that have covering the DNA strands is being removed. The veils covered the many, many lifetimes of causing harm to each other and any indiscretions.
This will dissolve any problems, burdens or failures that have blocked the sacred heart- front and back and the spinal column.
Enter one of the pyramids and lay on a crystal table and allow the profound Love of the Mother/Father God and the Supreme Creator.
I forgive myself for any thought’s actions or deeds, past present and future in this or any other reality that has been composed of frequencies of Sacred Love. I forgive everyone that I feel has treated me unjustly, in this or any other life time and I return to them, wrapped in a bubble, all negative memories, impacted energies and probable futures that we have created together.
I ask the Angels of Forgiveness, to permeate all facets of my being with the frequencies of Love, Light so that I may become soul focused heart centered bearer of light and self-master.

Meditation Before Surgery
I ask the Unseen Healing Force to heal my body now.
As I prepare for this surgery, I ask the Unseen Healing Force to prepare my mind, body and spirit, that all is well, whole and complete. I will only accept health, positive energy from everything and everyone that crosses my path. I enter this experience with a clear mind, knowing my immune system is very strong and healthy, able to fight off any unwanted bacteria or virus, no matter how small that may be, present in any area of the hospital that I may come in contact with.
All nurses and orderlies that will be with me and working on me are surrounded with the Unseen Healing Forces. From the time I enter the hospital until the moment I leave, healthy and whole.
May the Doctors and anesthesiologist be in great spirits, as they work to make my body strong and whole and pain-free. Their hands and minds be guided by the Unseen Healing Forces that surround us, to perform to the best to their ability, through all stages of my surgery with ease and perfection. My body is able to accept any drug, or substance that may be needed during my surgery with no adverse side effects. My body handles everything with ease and peace.
All the instruments, tables, gauzes, all equipment that will be used for my surgery and my entire stay at the hospital are all sterile, free from any and all bacteria and or viruses and surrounding by the Unseen Healing Forces. My immune system is strong and healthy.
Recovery time will be quick, restful, and peaceful, with as little discomfort as possible, as the Healing Angels do their work. My body is restored to perfect health.
I give thanks to the Unseen Healing Forces, Healing Angels and my guides. Knowing that I have asked, I have received.
