With over 30 years of experience as a RMT and a spiritual life coach, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals achieve optimal well-being, both physically and spiritually. My unique combination of expertise in human anatomy and physiology and spiritual guidance allows me to offer a holistic approach that addresses the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
My extensive experience and intuitive touch enable me to address specific physical concerns, alleviate pain, release tension, and restore balance to the body.

A letter to those
who are awakening
You are seeing things, differently than before. You are hearing things, sensing things, all new and different than anything before.
- People are telling me to “Let it go” – let go of what exactly?
- Receive what?
- “Open up” How am I supposed to open?
- Sure, just open my heart. If it’s that simple, then why do I feel like it’s not working?
If you have incarnated in this time, and this place, it is for sure you have been here before. Whether it be this dimension, this planet, this universe, you have been here before. And the thing to remember, we are not just a physical body.
We are a physical body, and emotional/mental body, and a soul/spirit body. We have returned in this lifetime to heal the past. To heal as much as we possibly can so that our souls can be open, expansive, and free. Free and clear of all past incarnations, of pain, of ego of indiscretions, of imbalances. Because our souls will not be able to live and thrive in the vibrations and frequencies of the future.
So how do we do this? How do we change our frequencies and our vibrations?
To be honest and truthful, it will take work and dedication. We have already lived through the deep loss, pain and suffering. So, the pain need not feel so traumatic. But it will feel like growing pains. You may experience tiredness, fatigue, anger, sadness but also happiness, relief, exhilaration and vitality as your soul starts to release whatever is no longer necessary. The peace that comes as your soul heals and starts to connect with spirit. A sense of connectedness to community. A sense of peace that you are not alone.
Learning that colour has individual vibrations and frequencies. The same for plants and trees; just about everything on the planet has a colour, a sound, a frequency, a vibration and an energy; this is why or how spiritual healing works. Finding where the imbalance is; whether on the physical level, emotional/mental level, or spiritual level, conscious level or unconscious level, this lifetime or another lifetime, this dimension and all other dimensions, this universe and all other universes, this planet and any other planet. This is where spirit comes in, spirit is all knowing.
To hear or read someone say “just open”, can send shock waves through all three levels! What if you were in Atlantis at the time of the last great shift and your soul remembers the loss; say loss of family, loss of friends, loss of home, loss of financial support? This can easily set up fear—fear can weaken the kidneys, which can lead to low back pain, which can lead to pain down the legs. Which sets up a cycle. But this is a cycle we can and must break!

Spiritual life coach: $150.00 for the initial session, and $100.00 for each session thereafter
