During today’s session the information was shared quickly and sporadically. We were not given any names of angels or spirit today.
Sharing
More structure in the day. Not rigidity, but planning for the week and follow through. The day will flow with more ease.
(what they mean by more structure—including Spirit in your day even if it is a brief moment.
E.g. Giving thanks for your morning coffee! Or, give thanks for the individual who picked the beans that are in your coffee, so you could enjoy your first cup of the day!
And by all means, if you have a favorite saying, a favorite prayer, say it, think it, feel it! They just want it to be simple to implement, on a regular basis so they are able to connect with you!)
There will be more chaos on the planet. There will be distractions, there will be more chaos. Not only from the “individuals” in charge, but also in the collective. As more people become aware. As souls start to awaken. As planets energies become more powerful, the energies and frequencies are going to change. Change has the possibility to be uncomfortable. If you recall being a teenager. If it would have been possible to sleep all day, ayah, that would have been the best. The mood swings. Hungry all the time…. This happened 2 reasons, the brain grew before the skull did, and fluctuation of hormones!!
Rest when you are able. Eat healthy as possible. Stay hydrated. Laugh!
By doing these things Spirit, Angels, Guides… will be able to connect with us more, so we won’t feel as tired.
Eclipses and full moon, will change the planets vibration and frequency which will lead to increased violence, disruption, chaos. People that are not ready for these frequencies and vibrational changes that will flow through their cells.
It will pull people to do more multi-tasking. Keep centered. We do not need to be tired.
Ask them for help. Don’t wait until you are at the bottom. It is more difficult for them to bring us back up. They work in teams, they can help us, you just need to ask!! (Please do not hesitate to ask. They are not so busy, you are not going to burden them. )
More people will be passing in this increased chaos.
Colours are important as there is a decrease of colour in our environment. (We live in Ontario and at present we are going into winter. All the leaves are falling and the plants are going to sleep!)
Colour helps to invite Spirit in. Colours will also aid in expanding/increasing our vibrations and frequencies. Listen to what colours you are being drawn to.
There are individuals/groups who do not want to do the work. This lifetime, the work is going to be challenging, intense. Exhausted yet exhilarating.
Challenges and hardships lead to an increase in vibration. What this means—how many lifetimes have we chosen to give up—
- it is too hard
- I don’t want to learn this anymore
- We chose to check out- suicide
Before we incarnate, our soul’s sign contracts with lessons which we choose to learn. And in that process, there are individuals who agree to help us learn those chosen lessons. Once we incarnate, we have no recollection of the contract or how we are going to learn those lessons.
If once you are here, you choose to walk away, for whatever reason, that is your free will and your right to choose. Just remember, you signed a contract with God. You chose, you agreed. You and you alone. No one forced you. Period. You will need to come back, as many times as it takes to complete your contract. It will not get easier. It will feel more waited/heavier because not completing your commitment weakens your soul.
Find fluidity within the hardship. The example they shared—hard shell of a candy, as it softens there is a soft fruity center.
Hardships lead to change which leads to growth.
