Kroeger Practitioner

As a Kroeger practitioner who has studied and embraced Hanna’s teachings, incorporating them into my practice as well as my everyday life, I have been guided by the belief that true healing occurs when the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of a person are in harmonious alignment. Recognizing that imbalances or disharmony in any one of these areas can manifest as various health issues, ranging in severity, can be healed when one, or all of these factors are explored.

These tools often include herbal remedies, nutritional guidance, mineral balancing, hands-on techniques, and varied forms of energy work. All of Hanna’s teachings are made to be accessible, practical, and effective. Just like in her day, this has become important once again with increasing restrictions, barriers, and poisons we experience in our environment, whether known or unknown. Strength and power lives through those who are capable of protecting and mending their bodies, which was one of Hanna’s biggest motivations.

Holistic health
as described by Hanna Kroeger

One reason holistic health is hard to pin down is because it represents an attitude toward health and healing, rather than specific treatments, therapies or things to do. It is more intuitive, and individualized; not based on statistics or averages. This attitude is one which emphasizes wellness, preventative care, and taking some ownership of the responsibility we have over our own well-being. It is also acknowledging that we are not just a collection of mechanical parts, but an integrated system with physical, mental, spiritual and social aspects which function in a holistic way.

There are seven fundamental causes of illness in the spiritual and emotional realm and seven causes in the physical realm. Usually, they are not clear cut. Rather, they are interwoven, and one has to diligently undo the many knots one by one to return balance. Balance is the key to nature; balance is the key to health.

The 7 Physical and 7 Spiritual Causes of Ill Health
as explained by Hanna Kroeger

7 Physical Causes:

  • Neglect: improper diet, lack of exercise, vitamin/mineral deficiencies, etc.
  • Trauma: scar tissue, displaced organs, and shock
  • Congestion: constipation, repeat sinus infections
  • Environmental toxins: this includes metal toxins, other metal toxins are graphite, nicotine, and nickel
  • Parasites: there are a few different families of parasites. roundworm, hookworm, the flatworm family, fish tapeworm and more
  • Infection: there are many different forms of infection, such as the Common Cold and Flu, Candida fungus, or Strep throat
  • Miasma: can be residue of childhood diseases or even generational illnesses, such as Tuberculosis residue. TB for example presents through a space between the front teeth or hammer toes

The 7 Spiritual Causes:

  • Neglect: negative thought patterns, or self-suffering program
  • Trauma: Prenatal, Emotional/Spiritual Shock, and more
  • Congestion: Electromagnetic Interferences or Negative Family Energy, and more
  • Karma: Spirit Attachment, or Deep -seated Negative Experiences
  • Entities: there is a wide range and should be dealt with care. These include Voodoo/Black Magic, Poltergeist, and Negative Spirit Attachments
  • Emotions and Etheriological Substances: a couple examples are loss, anger, and jealousy
  • The Universal Law: That some people cannot get well can only be understood through the teaching of the Bible, St. John 9, verses 1-3, which states:

And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man who was blind from his birth and his disciples asked Him saying “Master, who did sin, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?  And Jesus answered, “Neither has this man sinned, nor his parents, but that the Works O God shall be manifested in him”.

This means that some people endure sickness so that God’s work will be made visible.
